Returns & Refunds

We believe strongly in our products and their quality and want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are disappointed in any way; or should you receive damaged or faulty product; or receive an incorrect order please contact us within 30 days of the date of shipment. All refunds will be made by method of payment, excluding delivery costs. 

Cancellations

Cancellations or adjustments requested before dispatch are accepted. Dispatch is usually 1-2 days after payment. Please call us (+61 (0)490 446 718) immediately to cancel. Orders that have been dispatched are not able to be cancelled.

Returns & Refunds

Items that can NOT be returned or exchanged. 
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can NOT accept returns for:

  • Used skin and body products (for health/hygiene reasons)*
  • Custom or personalised orders

*Skin and body products can not be returned purely for change of mind.

Items that are suitable for return. 
Flipster will refund the amount paid for the Product at the time the product is returned by you (at your cost) and received by us, but excluding Shipping and Handling charges. Refund requests must be made directly to Flipster at [email protected] All refund requests must be made within 30 days of the date of shipment by Flipster. Flipster is not liable for products that are damaged or lost in transit to Flipster.

Promptly following Flipster’s receipt of your request for a refund (typically within 5 business days), Flipster will credit the amount paid for the returned product (less any shipping and handling costs/fees related to the original purchase, which are non-refundable) to the credit card or PayPal you used to make the original purchase. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Flipster does not control when a specific credit card company processes a chargeback transaction. You are responsible for contacting your credit card company if you have questions about the status of the chargeback.

Flipster will not provide a refund for a request that is received by Flipster more than 30 days after the date of original shipment as subject to Australian Consumer Law. Flipster also does not provide a refund for returned products that are damaged due to misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse or other abnormal use at any time after the risk passes to the purchaser. Please make an effort to return the product in good condition with the original packaging.
